UTSA Places Five in THSCA All-Star Game

In three years of recruiting, UTSA has made a habit of recruiting kids that end up in the Texas High School Coaches Association All-Star game. This year is no different, as five Roadrunners will be taking the field at the Alamodome on Tuesday. While many colleges prohibit their commits from playing in the game, UTSA has allowed guys like Malcom Scott and Josiah Monroe to compete in the past. The game kicks off at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $10 at the door and the game will be televised on Fox Sports Southwest. This game is always terrific promotion for UTSA football, as the announcers inevitably praise the Alamodome and comment on how cool it is for future Roadrunners to play a game on their home turf.
